What do I need to use ANDAMENTO WEB?
A computer with a modern browser, a window of 1440 × 900 or larger, and an andamento.app account with a PRO subscription. Go to web.andamento.app/lab. Without a subscription you'll see a page to sign in and get PRO.
Can I use WEB on a phone?
No: the workspace is built for a computer screen. On a phone, use the andamento.app mobile app.
How much does a WEB build cost?
5000 tesserae = 1 credit; the price depends on the canvas and module and is shown before you start. For example, 1 × 1 m in 15×15 mm tile costs 1 credit. Details on the Pricing page.
Where are my projects stored?
In the browser, for 90 days after the last save; they do not go to the andamento.app account yet. To be safe, export “Project (.andamento)” — it opens on any computer.
Will the colours match real smalto?
ArtWorker, MELTI and Flory24 colours were taken from sample photos — they are approximate. Note numbers and articles are real; check the colour against a sample.
Can I use my own font?
Yes: a .ttf or .otf up to 25 MB from a file, or in Chrome and Edge a font installed on your computer. The font file is turned into outlines in the browser and never goes to the server.
Which file do I take to the workshop or the cutter?
For a full-size print — PDF. For editing and cutting — SVG. For stained glass and inlays — the cutting layout (ZIP): sheets by colour and an assembly map. For laying — a sheet with colour codes; for the reverse method — the mirrored one.
Will my project change after an update?
The project file keeps settings and layers, not laid tiles. After an engine improvement an old project may lay slightly differently. Keep the exact result as SVG or PDF.
How do I report a bug?
In WEB — the BETA chip in the header or Log → Feedback; you can attach the current layout and run number. Or email online@artworker.pro.
How do I cancel the subscription?
In your andamento.app account → settings → Cancel renewal. Pro stays until the end of the paid period.
Will there be a desktop program?
ANDAMENTO DESKTOP for Mac and Windows, computing on your own machine, is planned. WEB comes first.
